    Default Children's Name Change

My question involves name change laws in the State of: New York
My situation is this: My husband and I were not married when we had our now 4 year old twins. I gave birth to them at a Catholic hospital so they were given my ma din name. He is on the birth certificate and now we are married & all want to carry his last name. What do I do and where do I go? Thank you -Michelle
