Default Termination in Violation of Public Policy

I think it's in Arkansas, but I'm not 100% sure.

It was a case where a person was wrongfully terminated from his job because he complained about how his grandmother was getting abused in a nursing home. He got fired for costing one of the boss's relatives their job, and he successfully sued his employer for wrongful termination on the grounds of public policy, because if you know of something illegal going on, public policy wants you to tell the authorities about it without fear of repercussions.

Can someone give me a link to that case?
