My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: Iowa
I'm 17 and still driving on my intermediate driver's license. I was recently pulled over going 70 on a 55 at 12:20 AM. Can someone tell me what's probably going to happen? I've been told several things by several different people.
A couple extra notes -
Next to violation the cop wrote "Speed by radar 70" and put "70" in a circle, but then next to speed he wrote "60 in a 55" does that mean he gave me a break and knocked it down to 60?
Also the ticket doesn't say anything about curfew.
aaaand I'm pretty sure the officer wasn't paying much attention because next to DOB he wrote today's date...
and for the time the incident occured he wrote 0027 PM instead of AM
???
Any idea on what's going to happen? Will I get my license suspended or just have to pay the ticket?
