My question involves criminal law for the state of: Indiana. I was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court for a check deception case, at the time this happened I was in college in between apartments and I never received the documents in time. I was arrested and bailed out of jail and appeared in court. My case was referred to the check deception program department where the charges were dismissed if I paid for the check and other fees (I did that). My question is: Would my arrest show up on any background, criminal checks, or credit checks and is this information viewable to potential employers?
