Default H1-B Waiting on I-130 Approval

I am married to a US citizen and we just filed I-130. I am currently on H1-B visa. My question is if I want to change my job do I have to transfer my H1-B visa to the new employer like I did once before or do I have to wait for an approval once I file I-485 and I-765 ? In other words does my status changes once my I-130 gets approved and what happens with my old H1-B. Also what happens if I loose my job during this process.

    Thanks,
    KAI

Your application for a "transfer" of your H1B while your I-130 is pending shouldn't have any effect on marriage-based adjustment of status.

You may wish to apply for EAD, so that you can work wherever you want without regard to your H1B status.
