    Cool Taken for a Ride

    Am I over worried?
I paid a lawyer to file a petition($2500) that was almost 2 years ago?
I never had to sign any paper work, but he had my file due to his partner having my case prior.

so far he each time I ask for a nutshell update. It takes along tiem to get an email answer.

and they are excuses : death in family, in trial ,in-trial again, court is slow responding, & now the best excuse "i will let you know next week I am out of the counrty on buisness"

why would a lawyer go out of the country on buisness?????

    Smile perhaps

I guess it sounds better than saying , "I am busy enjoy vacay"

It sounded like it was "work related" & although possible to be out regarding a legal matter, from my understanding most legal work is within specfic jurisdiction....

that is why it is a great answer
