I understand. Here's the problem, I work travel assignments meaning when this company sends you on a job it's in another state. I live in TX. The assignment (job) was in IN. My wife and I work together she also was on the same assignment, but they didn't appeal her benefits. If there isn't anyone to care for my child (in TX) and I'm in working (in IN) who will care for my child? I also asked this employer for a local assignment (in TX) when this happen.
