    Default Management Company Scam

Me & my husband recently put down $900 as an holding deposit for a condo lease. The receipt was given to us in form of an agreement in where if we decide not to sign the lease the management company will charge us $45 per day, till they find a replacement for the property.

Few days later we were provided the lease agreement in where most of the information was not disclosed to us prior to the agreement. When we bought the same to there attention, the owner kept cursing and screaming.

With that, we no longer wanted to lease that condo due two reasons, they lied and never disclosed information to us, the owner was very disrespectful.

We are thinking of taking them to Court, do we have a chance?

    We are based in California
