    Default Personal Information Disclosure

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: New York / Ohio

Is it legal for an employer to disclose the personal contact information of former employees? I resigned from a position and completed my tenure with good standing, in September of 2008. I received a phone call today, on my personal cell phone from a third party to conduct an "exit interview" (which I completed prior to leaving the company in September).

    Default Re: Personal Information Disclosure

There is no law prohibiting it, no.
