My question involves criminal law for the state of: New Jersey
During night, around 8:30 my friend and I went into the woods behind a fast food restaraunt to retrieve keys that I might have lost earlier in the week. About three days before we were playing there during the daytime and I completely forgot to check this place for my lost keys and when I remembered they might have been there I went over at night to see. We found my keys, however, when we were coming out of the woods there was an SUV that pulled up and a man and women inside. The man claimed that it was his property and we should not be there. I pointed out there were no trespassing signs and no signs that said private property. I also apologized and explained that we were only there to get my keys and we were leaving. The man then took a picture of my license plate and a picture of both me and my friend and threatened to call the police because we were trespassing. What kind of possible charges can he press, if any? (We are minors)

(No, really, don't do it again.)
