    Default Dismissed Bankruptcy

My Chapter 13 was recently dismissed because we could not afford to pay at the time. We almost had it paid off. Anyhow, now one of the creditors that we only owed $600 to in the bankruptcy is now suing me for $2000. and they are freezing my bank accounts. My question is how can they raise the amount of what I owed them when they were paid during the bankruptcy?

If you didn't comply with your Chapter 13 plan resulting in its dismissal, you should get credit for payments made during that time but not the benefit of the reduction of your debt which would have resulted from your completion of the plan.
