My question involves business law in the state of:
Advice will be greatly. Last year I opened a car dealership with my brother.
Long story short the dealer didn't do so good and now my brother hasn't paid taxes on most of the cars and the yearly business tax. He said nothing is under his name so its not his problem. Now I'm left to deal with the IRS all by myself. Anyone with good advice on what kind of lawyer I can take him to court with or how I can deal with this would be greatly appreciated.
P.S.
We both signed an
agreement stating that
he would be made resposible
for all taxes etc. but the agreement
was not notarized. Does that matter?
