    Default Daily PBTs

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Michigan

Whomever can help with this it is greatly appreciated.

I recevied my first DUI conviction of November of last year. I was given 18 months of probation and I have been on daily PBTs for 90 days.

I blew a .0015 one morning for some reason and my PO did not violate me since it was such a small amount.

When we had the time change a few weeks back I had completely forgotten about it and they would not allow me to blow since I have to do it by 9:00 AM. It's a reasonable enough excuse, but I don't know what my PO is going to do. My question is, do PO's ever really verify those PBT logs? That is, unless, you give him a areason not to? Most times when I go to the police station they don't even make me sign the log, and sometimes they just ask if I had been drinking and just write in a .000 without even having me blow into the machine. I have paid all my fines on time and have attended all of my recovery classes. I work a full-time job and am a single parent. I have never missed a meeting with my PO or missed sobriety court, and I have never failed a urine test.

    Thanks in advance!
