    i need some real help please, i was arrested over three years ago for shoplifting i think my lawyer ask to put me on afirst time offender program (i was afraid and shoked so i didnt know what he was doing or saying), knaw i got arrested agan for shoplifting i didnot tale my lawyer about the first time (becouse i thought that was over) so she chose the same easy way to get money and ask he juge to put me on the same program agan knaw i cant eator sleape or eat or do any think thinking what going to happend if thay faund out after every boody ask me af i was arrested or on probation before and i say no helpe me as soon as you read my letter please

    Default First Offender Program

    If the court, prosecutor or probation department detect that you have been through the first offender program before, you will presumably be disqualified from the program. You should tell your lawyer the truth.
