CVC 22348(B) Ticket

My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: California

I was pulled over a couple days ago on the I-5 in Fresno County. (Apparently... Kern and Fresno Counties are gold mines for these people.) Anyways, it was CHP officer who got me at 106 mph in a 70 zone, I was aware I was speeding but I really had to go the bathroom and the exit was like 200 yards away. Not even. This is my first citation: 22348 (b) vc - speed over 100.

According to the Uniform Bail Schedule the total fine for a 22348(b) is $760 plus 2 points on your license. The court has the option and typically does suspend you driver's license for 30 days. That is why this will be a mandatory court appearance associated with this violation.

2 questions... ... How fast do you think you were going and, more importantly, did you make it to the bathroom or was it too late?
