Default Tips for an Unemployment Appeal By Telephone

I live in Indiana. I have appealed my denial of Unemployment Insurance and today I received a letter stating that my appeal will be handled via telephone. Does anyone have any advice on how to handle a telephone appeal? Doing this over the phone makes me feel as if my chances of winning are not very good.
I quit my job in December after more than 10 years because my working conditions had changed unrealistically (I feel that they forced me to quit), but I'm not sure how to convince the judge over the phone.
    thanks
