Default How Can Nonpayment of Alimony Be Enforced

My question involves divorce in the State of: NJ and is registered in MI due to complaints. Why is it that the Courts alow nonpayment of alimony to go unpunished and uncollected? I am 59 unhealthy and have no income due to nonpayment...also I have lost medical and have serious medical issues left unattended.

Have you filed in court to have the order enforced?

If you haven't, you should ASAP.

If you have, and the court has refused to enforce, what was the court's reasons for not enforcing?
