    Default Entering a Non-Disclosure Agreement

    Hello,

    DO i just get the person to sign it and im done?

    And and when sue them (if they broke the agreement) and present the NDA to the court of law?

    Default Non-Disclosure Agreement

    If somebody breaks a non-disclosure agreement then, yes, you would be able to sue them (and possibly those who they discussed your information with, to recover the information).

    You should have your non-disclosure agreement drafted (or at least reviewed) by a lawyer to make sure that it is enforceable.
