My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Indiana
Ok this may not even be the right place for this question but it's the best fit I could find.
Ok here it is:
I am 20. My gf is 17 turning 18 soon.
Well I live at home with my sister, her kids and my father. My sister has been taking care of me(food-wise and all) bcuz my father is gone and just doesn't care. Ok, see my father still pays the bills for the household.
Now see I had my gf stay the night even though my sister didn't want it. She says that CPS can take her kids away for that even though I don't believe this is true.
It is my decision and my responsibility I would be the one to take full punishment for any thing happening that didn't effect the kids, wouldn't I?
Like it was fine with my gf's mother for her to stay.
My gf staying the night has no effect for my sister or her kids does it? Even if I were arrested for anything sexual, or anything like that? I mean I don't see how it would if it were in my room and my room only. It doesn't endanger the kids or anything.
Please Settle this for me. I need to know.
Thnx~ThatOneGuy
