Default Overtime Laws for Non-Exempt Employees

I have been working for a company for over 3 yrs and they do not pay anyone overtime. Only straight time. What is my recourse, as they are now hassling me for asking too many questions and they are also fabricating stories. I feel they are going to let me go, because MI is an "at will" State, and they are only trying to justify their firing of me....

Default Re: Laws Re Overtime for Non-Exempt ( MI )

You file a complaint for unpaid overtime with the state or Federal DOL.
