    Default Destruction of Property

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Michigan

i will be charged with destruction of property for breaking a glass picture frame inside a college residence hall.
    i have no prior offences.
the destruction will probably be a 93 day misdemeanor since the property is likely worth less than 200 dollars.
what can i expect to happen to me? is jail time likely?

Consult a local lawyer to see if you have any options that might allow you to avoid a criminal conviction. Jail's not likely, but you don't want a criminal conviction on your record if you can avoid it.
