Default School Employed a Child Molester

My question involves criminal law for the state of: PA

I have a question I was informed that the school where my daughter goes to hired a Bus Aide to help the driver was a convicted child molester and the school has not told the parents anything, I found out personally from someone who works there but was told not to say anything.. he doesn't work there anymore but they still put my daughter in danger and I am trying to see if that is something they can be sued for.. He was allowed around children before he passed the background check.. They found out he was a child molester by his fingerprints. Thank you for any help

    What are your monetary damages?

What is your evidence of this situation?

don't know how I can claim monetary damages, and the evidence is he is registered on the Megan's law website. I just don't think it is good that they did this plus the fact they are not notifying parents what happened.

As Cy noted, you have no actual damages to sue FOR. What you DO have, if you can show that the school exposed children to someone who was a danger to them, and who SHOULD have been checked BEFORE that exposure, is the ability (and some would say obligation) to help ensure that the folks responsible get their ducks in a row so they don't do this same thing AGAIN. Such can be accomplished with some stern words to the school board (who very likley has very strict policies in place about these things that may have been violated by managers at this particular school), or, failing to get acknowledgement from the school board that something went amiss here, your local press (who loves to eat officials alive when the safety of children in compromised in such ways).
