    Default Pretrial Diversion

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida

I was charged with bank fraud in 2004 and was given a pretrial diversion program which was completed successfully. I was wondering if I could get that sealed or expunged? I also wanted to know if that would prevent me from getting hired by a fire department or hospital?

Read this thread for details about Florida expungement.

Whether or not your record would prevent employment with a particular employer? That's a question for the prospective employer. Some employers are allowed to ask about expunged offenses; although Florida doesn't appear to carve out an exception for fire departments or most health care providers.
