I have been reading up on the FMLA...
And well here goes - An eligible employee is one that has 50 employees in their company...
My company currently employs 45, and I have been told that "We need to watch the count on new hires, we don't want to get to 50!"
I had yet to announce my pregnancy, but It clearly had been speculated at work (Aren't rumors grand?)
So what I'm really after here is... I would like to take as much time off as possible, without fear of not having a job to return to, and I, of course, would like to maintain as much pay as possible.
Am I eligible for FLMA?
