My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Georgia
I recieved a citation for driving to slow in the left lane. According to the police officer i was driving to slow. However, the speed limit was 45 and I was driving 48. I was in the left lane because I was getting ready to make a turn. The police officer proceeded to pull me over and explain to me that I was impeding the flow of traffic because other people were passing me. I dont understand, I was going the slightly above the speed limit--how was i impeding traffic. Is this a situation that could be easily disputed?
