Default Unconditional GC if Apply I-485 2 Years After Marriage

    Hi,

Can I have unconditional Green Card (10 years) if I apply I-485 after I have married 2 years? I have heard that the conditional GC is for the couple who are married less than 2 year. Is it true? Many thanks.

You are right! After 2 years of marriage, you should get the permanent GC. Do not forget 2 make sure that the immigr. officer give you the permanent one after the interview!
