    Default EOD Date and SF86

My question involves a background check in the State of: Federal

So I received an EOD date and have been employed with the agency for a couple weeks now with detailed training still in progress. I was never "briefed" or "de-briefed" on my clearance level. When I received notice of my EOD date, I asked the HR rep if the background was clear and if the notice was a final offer....the rep said "yes." This notice came to me 9 months after submission of my SF86 which did include a personal interview of myself and all of my references.

Is it safe for me to conclude that I have cleared the background investigation? You all don't think I would be approached now with the "well, because of what we've found in the background, you're offer of employment is terminated." ????? Any feedback appreciated.

We can't make accurate predictions any more than this can.

If you're concerned there might be something troublesome in your background check, you need to have a chat with your employer about it.

What I'm concerned about is something that I FULLY disclosed prior to and during the investigation/background check, it's just that I never received a notice that I "passed" it, and that's why I'm questioning what's going on.

We're not the people you need to be asking.

You need to be asking your employer. They can answer you. We can't.
