    Default Written Complaints to Management Company

    Do management companies take written complaints seriously and actually make an effort to act on the complaint? Can a tenant get evicted for too many complaints on them or for not complying with the management co?

    Default Management Company

    One would hope that a management company would take written complaints seriously. But that will depend upon the quality of the management company and its staff.
