My question involves real estate located in the State of: OK
I bought a house last year in March, just a few days before being eligible for the $7,500 tax refund. I was wondering if there is any way I can SELL my house to my husband (he is not on the current title or the mortgage) in hopes of receiving the $8,000 tax refund for this year (for being a 1st time home buyer). I want the process to be as easy and as low cost as possible. Is this a possibility? Thanks!
