Default Expiration Date on a Lease

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Florida

I am usually easy going, but have a neighbor in a development that constintly has idiots in and out making noise...

I signed a 14 month least last year that would expire in July of this year. It has the lease expiring in May of 2009. I asked the development company and there computers show july 2009.

If I wanted to purchase a house and move and I closed befor July, Could they sue me or try to hold me responcable for rent from may - july if I put in a 45 day notice?

The lease signed by both of us says Expiring May xx 2009. But is supposed to be july 09

What is "it"? If "it" is the lease, either the first sentence or the second sentence is not correct.

I am sorry for not being clear.

I did sign a 14 month lease, but the lease expiration date is wrong. The lease says it expires on May 18th, 2009. However this should acually say July 18th 2009. If I want to move in May can they try to sue me, because there computers show July 18th, or will they have to legally honor the mistake and allow me to move out on May 18th
