    Default filing forms

Does anyone know of any site or do anybody have free copies of the proper forms to file for heirship and to contest in probate court. I can't afford a lawyer so i am trying to do everything myself.

    Thank you
    Peace

Go down to the probate court and talk to the clerk that is handling the file. They cannot provide legal advice but some places do hold classes on estate administration. If it is worth contesting, it is worth having an attorney go over everything before you file. You can do the work and then just pay for an hourly consultation.

If you want to post a little more detail after you ahve been to the court you might get some better replies.
