My question involves court procedures for the state of: Ontario, Canada
4 years ao I was arrested and falsley accused of sexual assault. I successfully passed 2 polygraph tests over the next year but continue to be suspended from my job. I have never been charged criminally but was charged internally by employer. These charges were withdrawn. I have met with civil lawyers to commence litigation against my employer and others. i am being told that the 2 year statute of limitation in Ontario Canada may work against me. I delayed my approach to cicvil lawyers because criminal lawyers advised me to wait. Is this true. Is there any way around this? Any related articles I can read?
