Default Collection of a Two-Party Loan

A friend and I borrow some money from his parents to buy a dump truck. Not long after the truck broke down and we had no money to fix it.the has been broke down since and not the parents have come back to me for the money.I had to go to court for a judgement and was in the wrong court room until the docket was cleared and then was sent to the right court room to find out that I missed my calling and that judgement was made againist me.First is this legal that they did not sue both of us we both signed the loan aggreement him being first on the loan and second how do I go about having the judgement overturned.I don't have a job and I don't have anything to give.Just because he is their child souldn't they be going affter both of us.

Default Motion to Set Aside Judgment

You need to file a motion to set aside the judgment. If you are nice to the court clerk, they may be able to find you an example from a different file. However, I suggest you work through a lawyer.
