Default Unfairly Singled Out by Boss

for the past 12 months I have been having problems with my boss and feeling singled out on a lot of matters. I have just failed a loss prevention report that the company carries out and although I was told that most stores fail it on the 1st visit I am now been investigated for this. 6 other local stores have also failed some for the 2nd time and no action has been taken whatsoever. I am about to put in a grievance for other matters and was just wondering if this could be included as none of the other managers faced the same thing. It is a large company with over 160 stores so in my view there should be set actions to these types of things.

Your views would be very welcome.
    Thanks in advance Donna

Default Arguably unethical conduct by employer

Ethical? It sounds a bit questionable to me. But that alone doesn't make it illegal.

but if it is only a grievance at company level and I am just arguing about unfair treatment does it need to be illegal. The man concerned has had a number of complaints put in about him for this type of thing and I now feel I should stop allowing him to treat me like dirt and put the type of things he is doing in order to intimidate people.

    Thanks

    Default Company Grievance Policy

I don't know anything about the company's grievance policies, so I can't really speak to their application to the circumstances; but it seems like the sort of conduct a grievance policy is meant to cover.
