    Smile Emergency Unemployment Compensation Law

My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: Colorado

If you take a one month, temporary position and it ends, can you Emergency Unemployment Compensation be resumed once the assignment is completed and you do not quit?-- or doesn't it work that way, like with regular unemployment benefits??--I could not find anything on this.
Does the number of hours per week have anything to do with it as well?

Are you asking because this happened, or is this a "what if"? If it's the former, talk to the case manager for your UI claim.

    This might help:

"I stopped claiming because I ran out of my original EUC benefits. Do I need to send in a new EUC application or reopen my claim to get these additional EUC benefits?

No. If you already applied for EUC, no new application is required. The additional EUC amount will be automatically added to your EUC benefits.

If you stopped claiming, you will need to reopen your claim online or by calling the telecenter."

It appears you can reopen a claim. This is for the state of Washington, but should apply to other states since it's EUC. Paid for by the federal goverment.
