ok...i'm 16 and i live in harlingen tx...my moms a royal b**** and doesnt let me do n e thing...my brother is 18 and beats me up all the time...and not like normal brother to brother stuff...he slams my head into walls punches me in the head and more....how would i go about getting emancipated....i have a place to stay...and i would probably be paying part rent....also i'll have a job...and i'm a straight A student...so what should i do...please help..i need to get away from her and him...

You haven't mentioned anything in your post that would qualify you for getting emancipated.

You are being abused, call the police or report it to CPS.
