My question involves guardianship in the State of: Florida
Okay, so to start off im 16, ill be 17 in may. I have been on my own since i was 15, and doing very well for myself. In fact its the best learning experience ive had. My parents willingly let me go, with no problems. Now i have a problem i fear though, i guess you could say i did something stupid... about 2 months ago while visiting my parents for christmas, i took the fall for my friend and got arrested for an eigth of weed, and i didnt attend my court date in florida, i went back home in montana. i was living with my girlfriend/fiance and a roomate who was my manager. well, i got pulled over up there and turned out i had a warrant for not going to court, at this point ive been on my own for 9 months. anyways i got arrested and held in juvy for a month then extradited from montana to florida. now i have to go to court on march 24th and idk whats going to happen. i will probably be on probation till im 18, maybe 6 months with good behavior. ok, my girl is 18, and quite frankly im sure she is 'the one' and it hurts so much to be 3500 miles away from her. point being i need to get out of my house so me and my love can live together again in florida, shes willing to move down here but i cant provide for her without having a place first. now LEGALLY im not emancipated, but have to live in my parents/legal gaurdians house, no problem and all, but my girl cant live with me under their roof, which i respect. i want to move out and get a place so she can come down, which my parents are willing to comply with. I want to know if it is possible to get emancipated while on probation, or if i can move out with parental consent and be on formal emancipation with no legal problems. was even thinking about my parents giving gaurdianship to my girl, dont know how thatd work though. and marriage is a possibility for me, someone please advise what i should do
