Default Fiance in Japan and Second Marriage to a Foriegner

My fiance is in Japan right now and this August I'm planning to go there and get married. Can I bring her back to the US with me after the marriage? If not (and is probobly the case because of the US's fear of foriengers) what do I need to do? Would the immigration paperwork be easier to do in Japan or the US?
To complicate the matters right now I'm on unemployment but finishing my bachelors and then going for my masters. I'm also divorced from another woman who was a Chinese non-American citizen, who got her greencard but after the divorce she moved back to China. She never got citizenship. I live in New York if that has any bearing on what needs to be done. Thanks for any help in advance.

After you marry, you can petition for a spouse visa for her to come to the U.S.
