Post To Pay or Not to Pay

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Tx

I was recently discovered taking roughly about 300 dollars of merchandise from where i work, they discovered what was going on and I signed a paper for civil demands, and payed them for the 300 dollars in damages.
about a week later i received the civil demand for 350 dollars and I payed, the letter also stated that I would receive the civil release papers and I never did, thinking that this was over 2 months passed and I received another letter stating that I need to pay back the company for the merchandise even though I already did and have the document stating I did, what should I do???

A civil demand letter is different from you actually reimbursing for the actual item that you stole. So, yes, if they ask you to pay back the item you need to.

It was a loop hole in the system what I did was buy 2 items get 1 free and return the 2 items and keep the free one repeat about 4 times. And no they never did catch me with any concealed items I payed them 300 for the merchandise and I payed the civil demand for 350, now they are saying I need to pay back the 300 for the merchandise which i already have and I have documents signed by the district manager saying I did pay them back. What do I do know???

I am not completely understanding your situation...

but if you already payed for something then the obvious thing to do is to call them and sort it out first.
