:wallbang My question involves criminal law for the state of: Montana.I was,and am in another form illegally incarcerated beyond my legal discharge date from the state of montana department of corrections.I have amassed an immense amount of case law and evidence against the state, and have repeatedly tried to handle this case pro se.However, the rules of the courts and the state system have become bigger than myself. My case involves not only illegal inceration, but denial of access to the courts/refusal to deliver approved u.s. mail/and the state charging people with felony charges while knowing that they are simple misdemeanors!!!I have tried to keep this case in the arena of the montana state court system, but i am getting nowhere!I beleive my next step is with the U.S.9'th District court but i'm not sure. What type of attorney do i need? Are there any attorney's out there willing to just look at this case???I fully beleive i am being blocked at every turn because of the severe implications the state will face.I have been told that this case will set a new precedent in law!I just need some direction.
