    Default back child support

My ex owes me 22,500.00 in back child support. He has moved twice, to twodifferent states. He was in the Nat'l Guard and in Iraq for a year. That is the only time since the divorcein 2001 that I received any regular support, though it still wasn't always the correct amount. Every time the CSE locates his job, he quits. He has not called the boys since xmas, and before that october. I would like to revoke his parental rights. My new husband would like to adopt the children.

Any advice on A: collecting delinquent support and B: revoking his rights?

    Blessed Be.

How long have you and your husband been married?
Will your ex likely fight against having the kids adopted by your husband?
