My question involves a condominium located in the State of: CA
I live in a 2 unit "condo complex" in Redondo Beach CA.
We have condo CCR's but I cannot find any HoA bylaws. We share a driveway and our garages have a common wall so we really have no functioning HoA or any need for it.
The problem is to my refinance is about to fall apart because we have not HoA bylaws.
How do I go about adopting bylaws? Is it as simple as getting a boiler plate set and having my neighbor sign?
Even if my refi goes kaput I apparently need to get something in place for the future.
