    Question Section 7411 in Michigan

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Michigan

I have a question about Michigan's section 7411. I was charged with possession of marijuana and I was told by the judge that because it is my first drug related offense that I will only get probation due to section 7411. I have not been sentenced and am not on probation yet. I have no other convictions.

I am in the process of filling out job applications and I was wondering if any jobs (besides gov't jobs) can see this record or if I should say on the apps I have never been convicted of a crime. I just don't want to make getting a job any harder than it already is for me.

Also will it show up after I get sentenced or while I'm on probation. Thanks.

Under the 7411, as long as you complete your probation it isn't seen by anybody. You can answer "no", but try and mind your p's and q's.
You haven't been convicted of anything - hence the 7411.
