A good rule of thumb is -- if there's one error on the ticket, unless it's the section of law being quoted under the violation, it's not likely to be thrown out. In this case, if the rest of the information can be used to identify you without any real doubt, it's probably not going to disqualify the ticket, unless state or local law specifically says otherwise. If the rest of the ticket is accurate to the letter you're probably out of luck if you want to fight it.
