Hi all,
I am a Dutch citizen, and two years ago when I was 16 years old I was charged with "stalking". I'd sent several e-mails to a 40-year old woman with a "threatening" content. I was 16 years old, and did not oversee the consequences. Three months passed, and the police asked me to talk to them. I immediately confessed, and the District Attorney offered me an arrangement so I didn't have to go to court. I performed twenty hours of community service, and then the case was dismissed.
At this moment, I'll soon have a F1 visa interview, and have to fill in the DS-156 form wheter I have ever been arrested or convicted for any offense. Do you think this youthful offence will hurt my visa application? The offence occured in the Netherlands, not in the United States.
Regards,
