Default Insurance company violated its privacy policy

My former home owners insurance co. has been giving out info to my ex-wife about my former policy including sending her a copy of a check they sent me. Her name was never on the policy. This is in clear violation of their privacy policy.

What can I do about this?

    Default Violation of Privacy

It isn't clear how or why your ex-wife obtained the information, or what effect this would have on you. Could you perhaps elaborate?
