    Default Emancipation at 21

My question involves emancipation laws for the Province of Ontario. I'm wondering if there is any Canadian law which prohibits a 21 year old being emancipated. I am currently a full-time student enrolled in college with quite a huge schedule on my shoulders. I have to much school work and volunteer hours being put in for a part-time job, let alone a full-time job. I under go a huge amount of emotional and mental grief at home just because of my choice of religion, the choice of my hair style and colour, and because of my choice of partner. I know this might seem kind of ridiculous but I'm wondering if there is anything I can do legally to be emancipated, and maybe collect some kind of emotion/mental grief payments from my disgraceful "birthgivers".

This is for US law only.

However, you are over 18. You are already emancipated.

If you decide to never speak with your parents again, you may.

If they decide to never speak to you again, they may.

No, you may not sue them for whatever it is you think they owe you....
