My question involves criminal records for the state of: California
I would like to get my juvenile record sealed but the law says a person is ineligible if they have been convicted of a crime of moral turpitude as an adult.
I was conviced of possesion of less than an ounce of marijuana and dui as an adult. Are these considered "crimes of moral turpitude"? And would they make me ineligible for sealing my record?
