Emancipation, is It Possible

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: California.

I am 16, and interested in getting an emancipation from my parent.
The reasons may not be major to many, but it is in my best interests.

Lately, my mother has been taking out money from my bank account (with out my consent). The money that is in my bank account, is money that I have saved. She has done this continuously, and my sisters have told me, that she will continue doing this, until I have my own bank account. (Which I can not do, since I am a minor.)

She is also holding me back, from doing things in my own interests. Such as volunteer work, and working.

I was wondering, if these reasons, are good enough reasons to become emancipated from my parent.

No. They are not.

You could have 4,289,089 good reasons. They mean zilch unless you can show the court that you have an excellent track record of being able to completely and totally support yourself (rent, utilities, health insurance, food, clothing, transportation, etc. etc.) - WHILE still keeping your grades up until you've completed high school. That means either living by yourself, or, if living with someone else, that YOU make enough money to cover ALL of the bills if that person leaves, dies, or simply doesn't pay (and if any potential roommate is someone of the opposite sex that you might date, emancipation is less likely than winning the lottery and getting hit by lightning, on the same day).
