    Default Drug Diversion Programs

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Illinois. Does anyone know what happens if you fail a drug test and you are in a drug diversion program? Do they just throw you out or give you a 2nd chance?

Typically, you get booted right out, as a condition of remaining in the program is to stay clean.

You'd do well to discuss your situation with your attorney.
